摘 要:目的:观察脊髓康联合电针夹脊穴对脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)大鼠诱发电位及脊髓组织结构的影响,探讨此针药并举模式对SCI大鼠神经修复的作用。方法:120只SD大鼠随机分为4组,假手术组、模型组、脊髓康组、脊髓康联合电针组。除假手术组外,其余组大鼠建立脊髓损伤模型。模型建立成功后,给予相应药物干预(每日2次)及电针刺激(每日1次),假手术组和模型组大鼠给予等体积生理盐水灌胃,每日2次,连续14d。采用肌电诱发电位仪检测大鼠术前及干预1d、3d、7d、14d后的体感诱发电位(somatosensory evoked potential,SEP)、运动诱发电位(motor evoked poten-tial,MEP),观察两种电位的潜伏期与波幅的变化;HE染色及Nissl染色观察SCI大鼠脊髓神经结构的变化。结果:干预14d后,与模型组比较,脊髓康组及脊髓康联合电针组大鼠的SEP及MEP潜伏期明显缩短(P<0.05),波幅明显提高(P<0.05);与脊髓康组比较,脊髓康联合电针组大鼠SEP及MEP的波幅明显提高(P<0.05),SEP潜伏期明显缩短(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,脊髓康组及脊髓康联合电针组大鼠的脊髓损伤显著减轻,其中脊髓康联合电针组效果最为显著。结论:脊髓康联合电针夹脊穴可明显改善SCI大鼠诱发电位和脊髓组织病理变化。Objective:To observe the effects of Jisui Kang combined with electroacupuncture at Jiaji(EX-B2)acupoint on evoked potential and spinal cord tissue structure in rats with spinal cord injury(SCI),and to explore the effect of this combination of acupuncture and medicine on nerve repair in SCI rats.Methods:120 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:sham operation group,model group,Jisui Kang group and Jisui Kang combined with electroacupuncture group.Except the sham operation group,the spinal cord injury model was established in the other groups.After the model was established successfully,each group was given corresponding drug intervention and electroacupuncture stimulation respectively.The sham operation group and model group were given equal volume of normal saline by gavage once a day for 14 days.The somatosensory evoked potential(SEP)and motor evoked potential(MEP)of rats were measured by EMG evoked potential instrument before intervention for 1,3,7 and 14 days.The changes of latency and amplitude of the two potentials were observed;He staining and Nissl staining were used to observe the changes of spinal cord nerve structure in SCI rats.Results:After 14 days of intervention,compared with the model group,the latency of SEP and MEP in the Jisui Kang group and the Jisui Kang combined with electroacupuncture group were significantly shortened(P<0.05),and the amplitude was significantly increased(P<0.05);compared with the Jisui Kang group,the amplitudes of SEP and MEP in the Jisui Kang combined with electroacupuncture group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the latency of SEP was significantly shortened(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the spinal cord injury in the Jisui Kang group and the Jisui Kang combined with electroacupuncture group was significantly reduced,and the effect of the Jisui Kang combined with electroacupuncture group was the most significant.Conclusion:Jisui Kang combined with electroacupuncture at Jiaji(EX-B2)acupoint can significantly improve the evoked potential and spinal cord
