摘　　要：目的:根据专家意见优化食管癌手术后中医辨证新体系的条目,以期形成有广泛共识的食管癌手术后常见证型、辨证要点等。方法:采用德尔菲法,对全国62位专家进行咨询并召开论证会,回收整理统计问卷。结果:课题组提出的食管癌手术后主要证型为脾胃虚弱、胃气上逆证,脾胃虚弱、气血亏虚证两个证型,根据专家问卷调查,确立了相应的辨证要点。结论:进一步规范食管癌手术后中医辨证新体系,明确其中医证候分型及辨证要点。Objective:According to expert opinions,optimize the items of the Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation system after esophageal cancer surgery,in order to form common syndrome types and syndrome differentiation points after esophageal cancer surgery.Methods:The Delphi method was used to consult 62 experts in China,hold a meeting and demonstration meeting,and collect and sort out the statistical questionnaire.Results:The main syndrome types of esophageal cancer after surgery proposed by the research group are spleen and stomach weakness,stomach qi inversion syndrome,spleen and stomach weakness and qi and blood deficiency syndrome.According to the expert questionnaire survey,the corresponding key points of syndrome differentiation are established.Conclusion:Further standardize the new Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation system after esophageal cancer surgery,and clarify the Chinese medicine Syndrome Types and key points of syndrome differentiation.
