摘  要:表面活性素(Surfactin)是一种同时具备亲水性与亲油性的环状脂肽类物质,主要由芽孢杆菌通过非核糖体多肽合成途径(NRPS)产生。表面活性素可直接作用于脂质膜这一共性结构,形成细胞膜穿孔,引发细胞内容物流出并导致细胞死亡,是一种高效、低毒、环境友好、不易形成耐药性的新型生物拮抗剂。针对表面活性素的分子结构及生物拮抗活性进行完整阐述,为表面活性素的应用开发提供参考。Surfactin,a novel effective,low-toxicity and environment-friendly biological antagonist,is a kind of annular lipopeptide.Its molecular structure usually consists of two major parts,hydrophobic head and hydrophilic tail.It is mainly produced by Bacillus spp.through the non-ribosomal peptide synthetase pathway(NRPS).By directly acting on the lipid membranes of cells,it could cause the formation of holes,the flow out of cell content and consequently the cells’death.Due to this mechanism,surfactin could act as a novel biological antagonist with less drug-resistance.In this review,the molecular structure and biological antagonistic activity are completely described,which can provide reference for the application of surfactin.
