摘　　要：房屋类固定资产是高等职业院校办学的物质基础和基本保障,随着高等职业教育事业发展,学科建设趋于多元化,对房屋资产的使用需求也在不断提高。针对高等职业院校房产管理存在的问题,提出构建高效、透明的房产管理系统,实现房产资源信息化管理,做到统筹规划、协调资源、信息共享、监督检查等功能,推进高等职业院校房产管理精细化、规范化、科学化。Fixed assets of housing are the basic material and guarantee for higher vocational college.With the development of higher vocational education,the construction of subject tends to be diversified,the demand for housing assets is also increasing.This paper aims at the problems existing in the real estate management of higher vocational education,proposes to construct an efficient ad transparent real estate management system.Realize the information management of real estate resources.To achieve overall planning,coordination of resources,information sharing,supervision and inspection.Promote fine,standardized and scientific management of real estate in higher vocational college.
