摘 要:门座起重机是港口装卸作业中常用的特种设备之一,清舱作业环节因其作业环境恶劣(光线不足、通风不良),人机交叉作业频繁,是港口装卸作业中最容易发生安全事故的环节之一,为了探究门座起重机清舱作业事故发生的主要原因,减少、预防特种设备事故的发生,文中对我国2019年的5起门座起重机清舱事故及其原因进行了介绍,并通过事故树分析法对门座起重机清舱作业事故致因因素进行了分析,找出最主要的致因因素,在此基础上提出了预防门座起重机清舱作业事故的措施建议。Portal crane is one of the special equipment commonly used in port loading and unloading operations.Because of the harsh working environment(insufficient light and ventilation,etc.),the man-machine crossover operation is frequent,and in the port loading and unloading operation,the cabin cleaning operation is the most prone to safety accidents.In order to explore the main causes of accidents,reduce and prevent accidents of special equipment,five accidents of cabin cleaning of portal cranes in China in 2019 and their causes were introduced,and the factors leading to the accidents were analyzed by fault tree analysis,and the most important factors were found out.On this basis,measures and suggestions for preventing cabin cleaning accidents of portal cranes were put forward.
