摘 要:在高氯酸溶液中一次掺杂合成聚苯胺,并在合成过程中加入氧化石墨烯,得到聚苯胺/氧化石墨烯复合材料,经氨水解掺杂后,在植酸溶液中进行二次掺杂,得到二次掺杂聚苯胺/氧化石墨烯复合材料.利用复合材料对有机硅丙烯酸树脂进行改性.检测结果表明:改性涂层的T5%提高了71℃,Tmax提高了11℃.复合材料中氧化石墨烯质量分数为30%时腐蚀电压为-0.3V,腐蚀电流密度为4.73×10^(-10)A/cm^(2),极化电阻为2.31×109Ω·cm^(2),腐蚀速率为1.10×10^(-5)mm/a,防腐效果最好.In this paper,polyaniline was synthesized in a perchloric acid solution,and graphene oxide was added during the synthesis process to obtain a polyaniline/graphene oxide composite material.The composite material was undoped in ammonia solution,and then the secondary doping was carried out in phytic acid solution to obtain the dual-doped polyaniline/GO(DPG)composites.The silicone acrylic resin was modified by adding composite material.The results show that the T 5%and T max of the modified coating are increased by 71℃and 11℃,respectively.The coating with 30%DPG has the best against corrosion(corrosion voltage of 0.3 V,corrosion current density of 4.73×10^(-10) A/cm^(2),polarization resistance of 2.31×10^(-9)Ω·cm^(2),corrosion rate of 1.10×10^(-5) mm/a).
