摘  要:当前风电发力不能满足人们日常生活需求,使用传统调度模型存在风电出力与预测值相差较大情况,基于此,提出了消纳大规模风电的多目标负荷平衡化分散调度方法。依据风电日发电量年度分布情况,确定风电出力特性。分析多目标负荷平衡化分散对风电消纳的影响,由此获取等效负荷和受限的风电电量。为保证调度安全,设计极限场景集,描述分散调度模型,求取最优解,并保证目标函数值在不影响其他目标函数情况下进一步优化一组解。依据问题求解步骤,实现多目标负荷平衡化分散调度。由实验结果可知,该方法风电出力与预测值自45min开始就与预测值一致,能够满足人们对风电发力的需求。The current wind power generation cannot meet people's daily needs.Using traditional scheduling models,there is a large difference between wind power output and predicted values.Based on this,a multi-objective load balancing decentralized dispatching method to accommodate large-scale wind power is proposed.According to the annual distribution of daily wind power generation,it determines the output characteristics of wind power.It analyzes the impact of multi-objective load balancing and dispersion on wind power consumption,and obtains equivalent load and limited wind power capacity.To ensure scheduling security,a set of extreme scenarios is designed,a decentralized scheduling model is described,the optimal solution is obtained,and the value of the objective function is further optimized without affecting other objective functions.According to the problem solving steps,multi-objective load balancing and decentralized scheduling are real-ized.From the experimental results,it can be seen that the wind power output and predicted value are consistent with the predicted value from 45 min,and can meet people's demand for wind power.
