摘　　要：目的分析2010-2019年广州市区内无偿献血情况。方法调查2010-2019年广州血液中心无偿献血相关数据进行回顾性分析,研究无偿献血人数和人次、献血者性别、年龄、献血次数和血液检测等情况的变化趋势。结果2019年献血总人数和人次为267939人和326400人,比2010年分别增长了6.89%和18.53%;2019年女性献血人数比例已超过40%;献血者年龄以18~25岁占比最多,2010年18~25岁与26~35岁的献血人数分别占比50.1%与28.8%,但2019年分别下降至48.7%与25.2%;初次献血者一直是最主要献血人群,但二次献血者呈上升趋势。献血不合格率逐年下降,虽然2018年与2019年出现回升,但2019年不合格率(3.2%)仍然比2010年(5.5%)下降了2.3%。结论广州市无偿献血发展正稳步发展,2010-2019年献血人数和次数呈上升趋势,献血者的性别和年龄构成、次数构成呈健康发展态势,且近几年血液的不合格率呈下降趋势。Objective To analyze the situation of blood donation within Guangzhou city from 2010 to 2019.Methods The data related to blood donation in Guangzhou Blood Center from 2010 to 2019 were investigated to conduct a retrospective analysis,and the trends in the total number of donors and total number of blood donations,gender and age of donors,the number of individual blood donations and blood tests were studied.Results The total number of blood donors and blood donations in 2019 were 267939 and 326400 which increase 6.89%and 18.53%compared to 2010.The proportion of female blood donors has exceeded 40%in 2019.The blood donors aged 18 to 25 accounted for the largest proportion,with 50.1%blood donors aged 18 to 25 and 28.8%blood donors aged 26 to 35 in 2010.However,in 2019,the percentages dropped to 48.7%and 25.2%.First-time donors have been the main group of blood donors,but second-time donors are on the rise.The failure rate of blood donation has been decreasing year by year,and the rate in 2019(3.2%)is still 2.3%lower than that in 2010(5.5%)despite a rebound in 2018 and 2019.Conclusion The blood donation in Guangzhou is developing steadily,with the number of both blood donors and blood donations showing an upward trend from 2010 to 2019.The composition of gender,age and blood donations shows a healthy development trend,and the failure ra te of blood in recent years shows a downward trend.
