摘　　要：目的搜集不同的酸枣仁样品,分析酸枣仁质量情况,为控制酸枣仁的药品质量提供依据。方法利用中国药典规定的检验方法和参照五味子非法添加品种的补充检验方法对酸枣仁外观性状、粉末颜色、成分含量和染色情况进行分析。结果通过对酸枣仁的质量分析,了解目前山东地区酸枣仁的质量状况,存在较多的伪品,确定一种伪品为理枣仁,为控制酸枣仁的质量提供了参考依据。结论山东地区酸枣仁质量需加强控制,保证酸枣仁的临床疗效。Objective To collect different samples of spine date seed and analyze the quality of them,so as to provide basis for controlling the drug quality of them.Methods The appearance feature,powder color,component content and dyeing condition of spine date seed were analyzed by using the test method specified in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the supplementary test method of illegally added varieties of schisandra chinensis.Results Through the quality analysis of spine date seed,it was known that there were many counterfeits in the quality of spine date seed in Shandong province.It has been confirmed that one of the counterfeits was Li jujuba kernel,which provided a reference for the quality control of spine date seed.Conclusion The quality of spine date seed in Shandong province should be strengthened and controlled to ensu re the clinical efficacy of it.
