六味安消散用于CT结肠成像前肠道准备方案的患者耐受性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨结合六味安消散的CT结肠成像肠道准备方案应用于临床检查时的患者耐受性。方法于2019年1-7月在内蒙古国际蒙医医院影像中心招募27例患者行CT结肠成像检查,并嘱咐其接受结合六味安消散的肠道准备方案,统计分析患者进行该肠道准备的副反应(腹痛、腹胀等)程度、主观接受程度、腹泻程度以及该方案的肠道清洁程度。结果27例(100.00%)患者均能够耐受结合六味安消散的CT结肠成像肠道准备方案,其中17(62.96%)例患者未出现包括腹泻在内的任何副反应症状,20(74.07%)例患者没有因为该准备方案而影响正常排便规律。通过该准备方案,结直肠中82.54%肠段的清洁程度良好,并且7.94%肠段为完全没有残留物质的最佳清洁效果,而其对于左右侧结肠清洁程度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论患者对CT结肠成像前六味安消散用于肠道准备方案的耐受性良好,并且该方案能够起到一定的肠道清洁作用,具有应用于CT结肠成像临床检查的可行性。Objective To investigate the patient tolerability of CT colon imaging bowel preparation program combined with Liuwei Anxiao Powder when applied to clinical examinations.Methods A total of 27 patients were recruited to undergo CT colon imaging at the Imaging Center of Inner Mongolia International Mongolian Hospital from January to July 2019,and were instructed to receive the bowel preparation program combined with Liuwei Anxiao Powder.The degree of side effects including abdominal pain and bloating,subjective acceptance,diarrhea,and bowel cleansing were statistically analyzed in patients undergoing this bowel preparation.Results All 27 patients(100.00%)tolerated the CT colon imaging bowel preparation program in combination with Liuwei Anxiao powder,of which 17 the patients(62.96%)did not experience any side effects including diarrhea and 20 patients(74.07%)did not have any disruption of their normal bowel pattern due to the preparation program.With this preparation program,82.54%of the colorectal segments were cleaned well and 7.94%of the segments were cleaned optimally with no residual material at all.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in its cleanliness of the left and right side of the colon.Conclusion The bowel preparation program combined with Liuwei Anxiao Powder before CT colon imaging is well tolerated by patients.Besides,the program can play a role in bowel cleansing,and has the feasibility of the application to CT colon imaging clinical exa mination.
