糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者应用胰岛素的急诊治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者应用胰岛素的急诊治疗效果。方法选择2018年3月至2020年9月深圳市龙岗区第三人民医院收治的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者120例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各60例,对照组接受常规治疗方式,试验组接受胰岛素治疗方式,对患者的临床治疗总有效率情况、症状缓解时间、血糖达标时间、尿酮体恢复时间、血酮体恢复时间、pH恢复时间、并发症发生率、用药治疗满意度情况进行观察。结果试验组的临床治疗总有效率与用药治疗满意度明显高于对照组,症状缓解时间、血糖达标时间、尿酮体恢复时间、血酮体恢复时间、pH恢复时间明显短于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者应用胰岛素的急诊治疗具有良好的效果,不仅能够有效的提升临床治疗总有效率与用药治疗满意度,缩短症状缓解时间、血糖达标时间、尿酮体恢复时间、血酮体恢复时间、pH恢复时间,同时还能够降低并发症发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of emergency treatment of insulin in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis to the Third People's Hospital of Longgang District in Shenzhen City from March 2018 to September 2020,randomized digital tables,60 patients received routine treatment,insulin treatment,effective clinical treatment,symptom relief time,blood glucose standard time,recovery time,recovery time,pH recovery time and The incidence of onset and treatment satisfaction were observed.Results The overall clinical efficiency and treatment satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group,symptom remission time,blood gl ucose recovery time,uroketome recovery time and pH recovery time were significantly shorter than the control group,and the complication rate was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The emergency treatment of insulin in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis has a good effect,which not only can effectively improve the total efficiency of clinical treatment and medication satisfaction,shorten the symptom relief time and the time of blood glucose standard,Uridone body recovery tim e,hemoketone body recovery tim e,pH recovery tim e,but als o can reduce the incidence of complications.
