竹纤维素/Mg-Al LDH复合气凝胶的制备及其对铬(CrO_(4)^(2-))的吸附性能研究

摘　　要：以镁铝层状双氢氧化物(Mg-Al LDH)和竹浆纸为原料,通过球磨辅助物理共混和一步冷冻法,制备了具有水中CrO_(4)^(2-)吸附功能的竹纤维素/Mg-Al LDH复合气凝胶材料。详细研究了Mg-Al LDH的镁铝分子比、复合材料的用量比和水体pH值对竹纤维素/Mg-Al LDH复合气凝胶CrO_(4)^(2-)吸附性能的影响,并通过SEM、TEM、FT-IR、XRD和XPS对吸附前后气凝胶形貌、化学结构进行了表征,利用ICP-OES对吸附前后水体中CrO_(4)^(2-)浓度变化进行了测试。结果表明Mg-Al LDH在竹纤维骨架通道中生长良好,形成了三维层级多孔结构,比表面积为203.4 m^(2)·g^(-1);竹纤维素/Mg-Al LDH复合气凝胶对于CrO_(4)^(2-)的吸附性能明显优于Mg-Al LDH的吸附性能,且在较宽的pH(4-10)范围内表现稳定,最大吸附量可达28.60 mg·g^(-1)。Magnesium-aluminum layered double hydroxide(Mg-Al LDH)and bamboo pulp paper were used as raw materials,and bamboo cellulose/Mg-Al LDH composite aerogels with adsorption function of CrO_(4)^(2-)in water were prepared by the methods of ball milling assisted physical blending and one-step freezing.The effects of Mg/Al molecular ratio of Mg-Al LDH,dosage ratio of composites and pH value of water on the adsorption properties of bamboo cellulose/Mg-Al LDH composite aerogel CrO_(4)^(2-)were studied in detail.The morphology and chemical structure of aerogel before and after adsorption were characterized by SEM,TEM,FT-IR,XRD and XPS,and the change of CrO_(4)^(2-)concentration was tested by ICP-OES.The results showed that Mg-Al LDH grew well in the bamboo fiber skeleton channel and formed a three-dimensional hierarchical porous structure with a specific surface area of 203.4 m^(2)·g^(-1).The adsorption performance of bamboo cellulose/Mg-Al LDH composite aerogel for CrO_(4)^(2-)was obviously better than that of Mg-Al LDH,and it was stable in a wide range of pH(4∶10),and the maximum adsorption capacity reached 28.60 mg·g^(-1).
