摘　　要：为解决原有进口杨木漂白化学热磨机械浆(BCTMP)生产线能耗过高,成浆纤维束含量较大的问题,华泰集团对该生产工艺系统进行了流程调整和技术改造,完成改造后的性能测试结果表明:新的生产工艺能够稳定运行,并且达到预设的能耗和质量指标,其中吨浆能耗相比改造前降低了20%,成浆纤维束含量由2%~3%降至0.04%~0.14%;在化学品用量不变的条件下,降低了生产成本,提高了成浆质量。Huatai Group reformed the poplar BCTMP production line in order to reduce the energy consumption and the shives content of the product.The performance test showed that the new line can be operated stably and fulfilled the preset energy consumption and quality indicators.Specifically,the energy consumption per ton of pulp was reduced by 20%,and the sheives content reduced from 2%~3%to 0.04%~0.14%.Under the condition of the same chemical dosage,the production cost was reduced and the pulp quality was improved.
