摘 要:在某车型开发过程中,发现车辆过减速带时存在后轴侧滑问题。通过实车过减速带问题复现,结合车辆参数对比、计算机仿真分析,进行影响因素排查,从整车设计参数、轮胎、悬架等方面得出车辆后轴侧滑的影响因素。通过实车对比,验证了车辆后轴侧滑的各影响因素,为后续车型设计中提前规避或弱化车辆后轴侧滑问题提供了参考。During the development of a certain model of vehicle,it was discovered that the rear axle slipped when the vehicle passed the deceleration zone.Through the recurrence of the problem when passing deceleration zone by real vehicle,combined with vehicle parameter comparison and computer simulation analysis,the influencing factors were checked,and the influencing factors of vehicle rear axle sideslip were obtained from the vehicle design parameters,tires,suspension and other aspects.Through the comparison of actual vehicle,the various factors influencing vehicle rear axle sideslip were verified,which provide a reference for avoiding or weakening the vehicle rear axle sideslip problem in advance in the design of subsequent model.
