摘  要:曲线磨削常用于高强度模具、刀具等轮廓类零件的加工,属于干式磨削,加工过程中的动态磨削力和零件制造性能密切相关。基于切屑分离准则和材料摩擦属性,对曲线磨削中单颗磨粒的受力状态进行分析,建立曲线磨削单颗磨粒的受力模型。针对曲线磨削圆弧砂轮的加工特点,计算砂轮刀尖轮廓微元磨削力,然后通过整个砂轮刀尖圆弧积分,建立砂轮的整体受力模型。在此基础上,设计了曲线磨削试验,用于确定模型参数,并对所建立的受力模型进行检验。试验结果表明,所建立的受力模型磨削力预测效果良好,理论值和试验值的平均偏差在10%左右。Curve grinding is often used for the processing of high-strength mold,cutting tool and other contour part.It belongs to dry grinding.The dynamic grinding force during the processing is closely related to the manufacturing performance of the part.Based on the chip separation criterion and material friction property,the stressed state of a single abrasive particle in curve grinding was analyzed,and the stress model of a single abrasive particle in curve grinding was established.According to the processing characteristics of the arc grinding wheel for curved grinding,the micro-element grinding force of the tool tip profile of the grinding wheel was calculated,and then the overall stress model of the grinding wheel was established through the arc integral of the entire grinding wheel tip.On this basis,a curve grinding test was designed to determine the model parameter and test the established stress model.The test results show that the established stress model has a good predictive validity on the grinding force,and the average deviation between the theoretical value and the test value is about 10%.
