摘  要:介绍弹簧改进型双凹面摩擦摆隔震支座基本构造,基于力学平衡原理进行理论分析,推导支座刚度、周期表达式等。采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立双凹面摩擦摆隔震支座与弹簧改进型双凹面摩擦摆隔震支座模型,对不同弹簧刚度、摩擦系数下的支座滞回特性等进行分析。研究结果表明,理论计算得到的弹簧改进型双凹面摩擦摆隔震支座滞回曲线与数值模拟结果吻合较好,可知理论公式推导合理;弹簧改进型双凹面摩擦摆隔震支座滞回曲线饱满且对称,表明支座具有良好的耗能能力;为保证减隔震效果,应合理设置弹簧刚度、摩擦系数;应选择合适的球铰面尺寸,并使支座保持弹性状态。The basic structure of the spring modified double-concave friction pendulum isolation bearings is introduced. The theoretical analysis is carried out, and the stiffness and period expression of the bearing are deduced based on the principle of mechanical balance. The model of the double-concave friction pendulum isolation bearings and spring modified double-concave friction pendulum isolation bearings are established by the finite element software ABAQUS, the hysteretic characteristics of the bearings under different spring stiffness and friction coefficient were analyzed. The research results show that the calculated hysteresis curves of the spring modified double-concave friction pendulum isolation bearings are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results, which indicates that the theoretical formula is reasonable. The hysteresis curves of the spring modified double-concave friction pendulum isolation bearings are full and symmetrical, which indicates that the bearings have good energy dissipation capacity. In order to ensure the effect of shock reduction and isolation, the spring stiffness and friction coefficient should be set reasonably. The proper size of the ball hinge surface should be selected, and the support should be kept in elastic state.
