摘  要:装配式建筑预制墙板安装尺寸偏差对建筑结构质量的影响较大,结合某装配整体式剪力墙结构公寓,对预制墙板中心线对轴线位置、标高、垂直度、相邻构件平整度、墙板接缝宽度偏差进行统计分析,并对偏差原因进行总结,提出相应的偏差控制措施,以保证工程质量。研究结果表明,内隔墙板和外墙板标高、竖直相邻构件平整度、墙板接缝宽度合格率均<80%,实际施工过程中应加强控制;预制外挂墙板中心线对轴线位置、内隔墙板和外墙板中心线对轴线位置、内隔墙板和外墙板垂直度、水平相邻构件平整度合格率均>80%,安装质量较好。The installation dimension deviation of prefabricated wall plates of assembled building has a great impact on the quality of building structure. Combined with an apartment with assembled integral shear wall structure, the deviations of prefabricated wall plates centerline from axis position, elevation, perpendicularity, flatness of adjacent components and joint width are statistically analyzed, the causes of deviation are summarized, and corresponding deviation control measures are put forward, which can ensure project quality. The research results show that the qualified rates of the elevation of the inner partition plates and the outer wall plates, the flatness of the vertical adjacent components and the joint width of the wall plates are less than 80%, the control should be strengthened in the actual construction process. The prefabricated external wall panel centerline from axis position, the internal partition wall panel and external wall panel centerline from axis position, the perpendicularity of internal partition wall panel and external wall panel, and the flatness of horizontal adjacent components are all more than 80%, the installation quality is good.
