摘　　要：为了模拟中厚板生产线的生产状态,方便从事金属材料加工工艺研究的科研人员在实验室就能进行中厚板生产工艺、产品组织性能分析及钢种开发等研究,开发了一套集加热、轧制和控制冷却于一体的多功能热轧实验机组。轧机具备轧辊加热和异步轧制等特殊功能,其冷却系统具备超快冷、层流冷却和气雾冷却多种组合冷却方式。该文介绍了热轧实验机组的主要设备和控制系统设计,通过实际应用例子说明了实验工艺向生产工艺转化的过程,体现了热轧实验机组对从事金属材料研究的科研工作者的重要应用价值。该实验机组已在国内高校和钢铁企业研究院等十几个单位获得推广应用。In order to simulate the production status of medium and heavy plate production line, which is convenient for scientific researchers engaged in the research of metal material processing technology to carry out the research work of medium and heavy plate production process, material microstructure and performance analysis and steel grade development in the laboratory, a set of multi-functional hot rolling experimental unit that integrates heating, rolling and controlled cooling is developed. The rolling mill has special functions such as roll heating and asynchronous rolling,and its cooling system has a variety of combined cooling methods freely combined by ultrafast cooling, laminar cooling and fog cooling. This paper introduces the design of main equipment and control system of the hot rolling experimental unit, and illustrates the transformation process from experimental process to production process through practical application examples, which reflects the important application value of hot rolling test unit for scientific researchers engaged in metal material research. This experimental unit has been promoted and applied in more than ten units including domestic universities and research institutes of iron and steel enterprises.
