摘　　要：该实验项目深度融合电子技术、PLC(programmable logic controller)等课程的多个知识点,利用时分复用原理、采用多路模拟电子开关设计了一个16路模拟信号采集系统。该系统经与欧姆龙CP1H-XA40DT-D结合测试,测量误差小于0.02V,能够对直流及变化缓慢的信号进行有效测量,满足一般PLC控制系统模拟量测控需要。该系统的成本远低于各PLC厂家专用模拟量采集模块价格,具有一定的实际应用价值。其组成思想和工作原理也适用于其他系列PLC类似的控制系统。该实验项目训练内容综合性强、难度适中,有助于学生创新能力培养。The experimental project deeply integrates multiple knowledge points of electronic technology, PLC(programmable logic controller) and other courses, and designs a 16 channel analog signal acquisition system by using time division multiplexing principle and multi-channel analog electronic switch. The system is tested with Omron CP1 H-XA40 DT-D, and the measurement error is less than 0.02 V. It can effectively measure DC and slowly changing signals, and meet the needs of analog measurement and control of general PLC control system. The cost of the system is far lower than the price of the special analog acquisition module of PLC manufacturers, So as to have a certain practical application value. Its composition idea and working principle are also applicable to other series of PLC similar control systems. The experimental training content is comprehensive with moderate difficulty, which is helpful to cultivate students’ innovation ability.
