肺动脉栓塞临床诊断中多层螺旋CT的应用及其准确性研究

摘　　要：目的研究肺动脉栓塞临床诊断中多层螺旋CT的应用及其准确性。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月我院收治的肺动脉栓塞53例患者资料作回顾分析,对患者多层螺旋CT影像资料进行分析,观察肺动脉栓塞影像征象,各动脉血管栓塞情况及多层螺旋CT诊断准确性。结果本组53例肺动脉栓塞患者经多排螺旋CT检出47例,诊断准确率达88.68%(47/53);观察多排螺旋CT影像,患者肺动脉栓塞率21.24%(689/3244),直接征象以偏心型充盈缺损为主要表现,发生率52.10%(359/689);间接征象以肺动脉增粗较为常见,发生率77.36%(41/53)。结论通过多层螺旋CT扫描成像可有有效显示栓塞部位,获得清晰直接、间接征象影像资料,对肺动脉栓塞诊断率较高,可为临床诊断提供科学依据。Objective To study the application and accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT in the clinical diagnosis of pulmonary embolism.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 53 patients with pulmonary embolism admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.The multi-slice spiral CT images were analyzed to observe pulmonary embolism,arterial embolization,and the number of arteries.Layer spiral CT diagnostic accuracy.Results In this group of 53 patients with pulmonary embolism,47 patients were diagnosed by multi-spiral CT.The diagnostic accuracy was 88.68%(47/53).The multi-slice CT images showed a pulmonary embolism rate of 21.24%(689/3244).The eccentric filling defect was the main manifestation,and the incidence rate was 52.10%(359/689);the indirect signs were more common in pulmonary artery thickening,the incidence rate was 77.36%(41/53).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT scan imaging can effectively display the embolization site,obtain clear direct and indirect signs imaging data,and have a high diagnostic rate for pulmonary embolism,providing a scientific basis for clinical diagnosis.
