摘  要:针对手工倒角劳动强度高、加工精度低、加工产品的多样性不足、生产效率低的状态,采用西门子1214DC/DC/DC PLC设计了一套自动倒角机控制系统,对倒角工序流程进行顺序控制,实现了供料、送料、双面倒角、下料全自动加工,提高了生产效率。其通过直振器进行供料,由机械手进行抓取上料,由步进电机控制齿轮齿条进行定位运料,由加工单元对工件进行正反两面倒圆角,加工完成后,由机械手运送到下料单元。通过触摸屏与PLC进行双向通信;采用光电开关,自动探测工件的位置。实践证明,倒角机性能稳定、操作简单、柔性好,节约了人工,提高了生产效率。In view of the state of high labor intensity,low machining accuracy,insufficient diversity of processed products and low production efficiency of manual chamfering,a set of automatic chamfering machine control system was designed by using Siemens 1214DC/DC/DC PLC to control the chamfering process in sequence,the full-automatic machining of feeding,double-sided chamfering and blanking were realized,and the productivity was improved.The system has realized the automatic processing of feeding,feeding,double-sided chamfering and blanking,and improves the production efficiency.It was fed by the direct vibrator,grabbed and loaded by the manipulator,positioned and transported by the gear rack controlled by the stepping motor,rounded on both sides of the workpiece by the processing unit,and transported to the blanking unit by the manipulator after processing.Two way communication with PLC through touch screen was carried out.Photoelectric switch was adopted to automatically detect the position of workpiece.Practice has proved that the chamfering machine has stable performance,simple operation and good flexibility,saves labor and improves production efficiency.
