摘  要:与植物纤维模塑成型相关的设备和工艺参数很多,工艺的优化有利于企业节能减排,提升企业的产品竞争力。在分析了植物纤维模塑成型的技术需求的基础上,提出了基于PROFIBUS现场总线的数据采集和设备控制的方案。用西门子PLC S7-400作为主站,车间设备和对生产工艺参数进行采集的传感器作为从站,搭建了一个数据采集与传输的现场总线网络。生产过程的电耗数据采用支持PROFIBUS协议的电能表;针对设备分散,传感器分散布置的实际情况,用分布式I/O模块ET200M,较好地解决了温度、流量、真空用量等参数的采集和制浆设备系统的控制,整个方案体现了低成本和易维护的特点;用Wincc组态软件,设计了监控系统界面。现场应用表明,系统运用稳定可靠,数据采集准确。There are many equipment and process parameters related to the molding of plant fiber,and the optimization of technology is conducive to energy saving and emission reduction of enterprises,and improving the competitiveness of products.Based on the analysis of the technical requirements of plant fiber molding,a scheme of data acquisition and equipment control based on PROFIBUS was proposed.The electric energy meter with PROFIBUS protocol was used for the power consumption data of the equipment.In view of the fact that the equipment was scattered and the sensors were distributed,the distributed I/O module ET200M was used to solve the collection of temperature,flow,vacuum consumption and the control of the pulping equipment system.The whole scheme embodies the characteristics of low cost and easy maintenance,and the interface of monitoring system was designed with WinCC configuration software.Field application shows that the system was stable and reliable,and the data acquisition was accurate.
