摘  要:目前市场上常规X射线集装箱检查系统固定场地使用、系统占地大、土建配套成本高、建设周期长,同时系统受限于轨道无法灵活转移,所采用的底盘车需要上牌并且采购周期长,系统运输时需要拆散导致现场部署时间长。将智轨列车中的智能寻迹、导航、安全监测技术与X射线透射技术相融合,并且将可变形结构设计的技术和方法应用于集装箱检查系统设计中,可以实现集装箱检查系统无需采用商业底盘车,也能在地面无轨道铺设的条件下实现系统安全、平稳地运行和工作。该研究方法设计出的X射线集装箱检查系统具备功能多、性能强、占地小、部署快、机动性好、应用场景广等特点,适合于各类海港码头和陆路口岸,尤其适合于先期机检或者顺势查验需求的应用场景。The conventional X-ray container inspection system in the market is used on a fixed site,the system occupies a large area,the civil engineering supporting cost is high,and the construction cycle is long.At the same time,the system is limited by the track and cannot be flexibly transferred.The chassis vehicle used needs to be licensed and the procurement cycle is long.The system needs to be disassembled during transportation,resulting in a long time for on-site deployment.The intelligent tracking,navigation and safety monitoring technology in intelligent rail train were integrated with X-ray transmission technology,and the technology and method of deformable structure design were applied to the design of container inspection system,which can realize the safe and stable operation and work of the system without commercial chassis vehicle and no track laying on the ground.The X-ray container inspection system designed by the research method has the characteristics of multi-function,strong performance,small land occupation,fast deployment,good mobility and wide application scenarios.It is suitable for all kinds of port terminals and land ports,especially for the application scenarios required by advanced machine inspection or homeopathic inspection.
