摘  要:为了能够更加高效、准确地完成灭火系统的调试,依据厂家资料、相关规范完成灭火系统调试方案的制定,通过模拟现场火灾发生后的一系列动作,对测试过程数据进行记录分析,找出方案的缺点与不足,加以完善,形成一套标准的调试流程,此消防系统不同于常用的几种消防系统,喷头选型、动作方式、控制原理、响应时间均有所不同,系统组成包括1个气瓶/阀柜,1个水容器和1个泡沫罐,通过存储在高压钢瓶中的加压氮气,将水从水容器中推动到受保护的直升机甲板上进行灭火。从火灾模拟信号的触发至泡沫覆盖整个甲板用时6 min,达到了规范要求,同时验证了方案的可行性,达到了预期的效果。In order to finish the adjustment of the fire extinguishing system more efficient and accurate,complete the formulation of fire extinguishing system commissioning scheme according to the manufacturer's data and relevant specifications.By simulating a series of actions after the field fire,the test process data was recorded and analyzed,the shortcomings and deficiencies of the scheme were found out and improved,and a set of standard commissioning process was formed.The fire control system is different from the commonly used several kinds of fire protection system,the nozzle type selection,movement way,control principle and response time are different,the system consists of a gas cylinder/valve tank,a water container and a bubble pot,by the pressurized nitrogen stored in high-pressure cylinders,water was pushed from the water container onto the protected helicopter deck to extinguish the fire.It takes 6 minutes from the fire simulation signal triggering to the foam covering the whole deck,which meets the specification requirements,verifies the feasibility of the scheme and achieved the expected effect.
