摘 要:为了分析某电动汽车在一定转速和最大负荷下的减速器箱体轴承处的激励,构建了其箱体在Adams虚拟样机分析软件的模型,以动力学仿真分析得到其轴承激励的平均值为载荷对其静强度求解;在软件里完成其瞬态响应分析模型,以仿真得到的轴承激励为载荷进行瞬态响应仿真。结果表明,在传递过程中其箱体和轴等主要部件不会引起同频,说明结构设计合理。In order to analyze the motivation of the reducer case bearing of an electric vehicle at a certain speed and maximum load,the model of the reducer case in Adams analysis software was constructed,and the static strength was solved by taking the average value of the bearing motivation obtained from the dynamic simulation analysis as the load,the transient response analysis model was completed in the software,and the simulation was carried out with the bearing motivation obtained from the simulation as the load transient response simulation.The results show that the main components such as case and shaft will not cause the same frequency in the transmission process,which indicates that the structure design is reasonable.
