摘　　要：介绍了一种无功自动补偿控制系统的设计,主要完成在电网无功含量变化过程中对无功含量的快速检测,经过精准计算后,在正弦波过零点位置给晶闸管发出指令,无涌流、无冲击的投入或切除一定量的容性负载,从而达到提高电网中总体功率因数的目的。控制系统通过快速对电网端电流和电压柜网端电流采样,经过ADC数模转换电路得到其对应的瞬时值,传送到DSP主控芯片分别实现不同数字信号处理算法,最后将相应信息分别传入对应的晶闸管驱动波形发生单元,产生相应的驱动波形传至晶闸管驱动板。试验结果表明,其响应时间快、补偿精度高,晶闸管投或切的过程中,双踪示波器实时监测的电压和电流波形均平滑、无畸变。The design of an automatic reactive power compensation control system was introduced,which mainly completed the rapid detection of reactive power content in the process of reactive power content change in the power grid.After accurate calculation,it sent instructions to the thyristor at the zero crossing position of sine wave,and input or cut off a certain amount of capacitive load without inrush and impact,so as to improve the overall power factor in the power grid.The control system quickly sampled the grid end current and the grid end current of the voltage cabinet,obtained the corresponding instantaneous value through the ADC digital to analog conversion circuit,and transmited it to the DSP main control chip to realize different digital signal processing algorithms.Finally,the corresponding information was transmitted to the corresponding thyristor drive waveform generation unit,and the corresponding drive waveform was generated and transmitted to the thyristor drive board.The test results show that it has fast response time and high compensation accuracy.In the process of thyristor switching,the voltage and current waveforms monitored by dual trace oscilloscope in real time are smooth and without distortion.
