摘 要:为了对帕尔曼式声波防蜡器的工作特性进行研究,以帕尔曼式声波防蜡器振动弹片为研究对象,采用ANSYS APDL语言创建了其参数化几何模型,分析了振动弹片的尖劈角度、长度、宽度及厚度等主要结构参数变化对其固有频率的影响规律。分析结果表明:振动弹片的尖劈角度对其固有频率影响较小,长度、宽度及厚度对固有频率影响相对较大,随着振动弹片长度和宽度的增大,其固有频率将减小,随着厚度的增大,其固有频率将增大。通过不同几何尺寸的振动弹片固有频率变化规律,结合射流脉动性振动频率可以确定振动弹片最佳的几何尺寸,使声波防蜡器达到最优工作效果。In order to study the working characteristics of the Perlman ultrasonic anti-wax device,the vibrating reed of the Perlman ultrasonic anti-wax device was taken as the research object,the parametric model was created through the ANSYS APDL language,the influence of the main structural parameters such as wedge angle,length,width and thickness on the natural frequency was analyzed.The results show that the wedge angle has little influence on the natural frequency,while the length,width and thickness have relatively great influence on the natural frequency.With the increase of the length and width,the natural frequency will decrease,and with the increase of the thickness,the natural frequency will increase.Through the natural frequency variation law of different geometric sizes of vibrating reed,combined with the pulsating vibration frequency of jet,the optimal geometric size of vibrating reed can be determined,so as to achieve the optimal working effect of ultrasonic anti-wax device.
