摘  要:针对内螺旋槽零件因内部结构复杂,加工过程无法监测,精度要求高而导致的数控编程和加工难度大等特点,提出了一种新的加工工艺及加工方法。使用车铣复合机床的C轴分度功能和子程序调用等命令,磨制一把专用的插削刀具,编制出合理的插削加工程序,再经过试切削加工验证,该种加工方法很好地解决了数控车床插削加工内螺旋槽的关键性技术问题。Aiming at the characteristics of the internal spiral groove parts,such as the complex internal structure,the machining process can not be monitored,and the high precision requirements,which lead to the difficulty of numerical control programming and machining,a new processing technology and processing method were proposed.By using the C-axis dividing function and subroutine call of the compound lathe,a special chipping tool was grinded,a reasonable chipping program was worked out,and the key technical problems in chipping inner spiral groove of CNC lathe were well solved by the kind of machining method after testing and verifying.
