摘　　要：桥(门)式起重机械是现代企业广泛使用的工程机械之一,而制动器作为起重机械非常重要安全部件,关乎着整个设备的安全使用。详细阐述了目前起重机大车上常用的几种制动器形式和标准中关于起重机械大车制动器部件的报废标准。介绍了一则由于使用单位管理不当,违规操作导致起重机大车制动器处于几乎常开的状态,从这则起重机大车制动器失效的案例出发,分析了几种桥(门)式起重机大车制动器失效的主要原因,由此提出了相应的预防措施。通过这则起重机大车制动器失效的分析,为以后的制造、使用和检验提供借鉴。Bridge(gantry)crane is one of the construction machinery widely used in modern enterprises,and brake as a very important safety component of crane,is related to the safe use of the whole equipment.The scrapping standard of crane brake components was described in detail in several brake forms,and standards commonly used on crane was described.First,due to improper management and illegal operation of the user,the crane brake was almost normally open.Starting from the case of crane crane brake failure,the main causes of crane brake failure of several bridge(gantry)cranes were analyzed,and the corresponding preventive measures were put forward.Through the failure analysis of the crane crane brake,it provides a reference for future manufacturing,use and inspection.
