摘 要:由于与缓冲层相邻的绝缘屏蔽层并非良导体,因此直接作为电极测量得到的缓冲层分压电压较实际缓冲层分压电压有误差。为更好地理解该误差出现的原因与解决方案,建立等效电路模型以解释直接使用绝缘屏蔽层作为电极时引入的误差。并通过在绝缘屏蔽层上方包覆一层铜带的方法,将半导电电极改善为良导体电极,将点电极改善为面电极,提高缓冲层分压电压测量的精确性。通过模拟实验,对比在外屏蔽绕包铜带与未绕包铜带电缆的分压电压。结果显示,绕包铜带电缆较未绕包铜带电缆分压电压小,应证了以绝缘屏蔽为电极将使分压电压测量结果偏大的观点。利用实验数据可拟合以绝缘屏蔽为电极和以铜带为电极的分压电压数值关系,通过该关系可推算得到运行电缆中缓冲层实际分压电压。Because the insulating shielding layer adjacent to the buffer layer is not a good conductor,the partial voltage of the buffer layer measured directly as an electrode has an error compared with the actual partial voltage of the buffer layer.In order to better understand the causes and solutions of the error,an equivalent circuit model was established to explain the error introduced when the insulating shielding layer is directly used as the electrode.By coating a layer of copper strip above the insulating shielding layer,the semi-conductive electrode was improved to a good conductor electrode,and the point electrode was improved to a surface electrode,so as to improve the accuracy of partial voltage measurement of the buffer layer.Through simulation experiments,the partial voltage of externally shielded copper tape wrapped and non wrapped copper tape cable was compared.The results show that the partial voltage of the wrapped copper tape cable is smaller than that of the non wrapped copper tape cable,which should prove that the measurement result of the partial voltage will be larger with the insulation shield as the electrode.Using the experimental data,the numerical relationship of partial voltage with insulation shield as electrode and copper strip as electrode can be fitted.Through the relationship,the actual partial voltage of buffer layer in running cable can be calculated.
