摘　　要：[目的/意义]分析政务微博地区影响力差异的影响因素,找到地区政务微博影响力扩大,政府舆情引导和管理能力提升的着力点。[方法/过程]综合运用GIS技术、关系数据计量建模技术和二次指派程序方法,对我国省级行政区政务微博地区影响力差异的空间格局和影响因素进行分析。通过粉丝数前1000的新浪政务微博数据,以粉丝数、发博数、评论数和转发数为政务微博影响力的衡量指标,构建人口因素、经济因素和教育因素对政务微博地区影响力差异的回归模型。[结果/结论]我国政务微博的发展在省级行政区层次呈现出较大的地区差距。经济发展水平是政务微博地区影响力差异的主要因素,居民受教育水平和产业结构是重要因素。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to analyze the factors of differences in regional influence of government microblogs and find out the focus of the influence expansion of regional government microblogs and the improvement of government guidance and management ability of public opinion.[Method/process]The paper uses GIS technology relational data econometric modeling technology and secondary assignment procedure method to analyze the spatial pattern and influencing factors of regional influence differences of government microblogs in provincial administrative regions of China.Based on the data of Sina government microblogs with the top 1000 fans it selects the number of fans the number of blogs the number of comments and the number of forwarded as indicators to measure influence of government microblogs and constructs the regression model of population factors economic factors and educational factors on the regional influence differences of government microblogs.[Result/conclusion]There is a large regional gap in development of China’s government microblogs at the provincial level.Economic development level is the dominate factor on regional influence differences of government microblogs and residents education level and industrial structure are important factors.
