亮光异形全拉伸丝毛丝影响因素探讨

摘　　要：当纤维横截面积相等时,异形长丝的抗弯刚度比圆形长丝大,因此,纤维的抗起球性优良、弹性较好,且表面有纵向凹凸,织造时纤维的抱合力增大且有特殊的光泽。这些特性使亮光异形全拉伸丝(FDY)产品得以应用于很多特殊领域,作为一种差别化纤维满足人们的各种需求。江苏恒力化纤股份有限公司生产的亮光异形FDY长丝不含TiO2,主要的异形产品有三角、三叶、扁平(“一”字)等类型,由于不含消光剂,又是异形截面,在实际生产中不同于一般的半消光FDY产品。在实际生产中,亮光异形FDY经常受到外观不良、毛丝多的困扰。文章探讨了喷丝板、拉伸工艺、导丝瓷件、油剂、含油率、冷却送风等对三角、三叶、扁平等不同截面产品的毛丝影响。When the fiber cross-sectional area is equal,the profiled filament has greater bending rigidity than the round filament,so the fiber has good pilling resistance and good elasticity,and the surface has longitudinal concave convex,the cohesion of the fiber increases during weaving,and has a special luster.These characteristics make the bright profiled FDY products used in many special fields,and as a kind of differential fiber constantly meet the needs of people.The bright profiled FDY filament produced by Jiangsu Hengli Chemical Fiber Co.Ltd.does not contain TiO2.The main profiled products are triangle,three leaves,flat(“one”word)and other types.Because it does not contain matting agent and has special cross section,it is different from the general semi matting FDY products in actual production.In the actual production,the bright profiled FDY often encounters the problems of bad appearance and many filaments.In this paper,the influences of spinneret,drawing process,guide wire porcelain parts,oiling agent,oil content and cooling air supply on the filament of triangle,three leaves,flat and other products with different cross sections are discussed.
