摘  要:本文以逆王水+高氯酸作为样品的消解体系,用国家一级土壤分析标准物质(GSS)和水系沉积物分析标准物质(GSD)进行试验。以182.034nm波长作为分析谱线,采用氩气对光室和光路进行大量吹扫,解决空气和水蒸气对紫外光的吸收,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定。建立了适用于多目标区域地球化学调查中土壤、水系沉积物样品中的全硫的测定方法。经试验该方法检出限为8.37μg/g、精密度为2.66%~9.30%(RSD,n=12),准确度在0.01~0.03(ΔlgC,n=12)。本方法简便快速,操作周期短,适合大批量地球化学样品全硫的检测。测试质量满足《多目标区域地球化学调查规范1:250000》(DZ/T 0258-2014)对土壤、水系沉积物中全硫测定的要求。In this paper,inverse aqua regia and perchloric acid were used as the sample digestion system,and the national first-class soil analysis standard material(GSS)and stream sediment analysis standard material(GSD)were used for the test.With the wavelength of 182.034nm as the analytical spectral line,argon gas was used to purge the light chamber and light path,so as to solve the absorption of ultraviolet light by air and water vapor.The method was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.A method for the determination of total sulfur in sediment samples of soil and water system of multi-target geochemical survey was established.The detection limit of the method is 8.37(μg/g),the precision is 2.66%~9.30%(RSD,n=12),and the accuracy is 0.01~0.03(ΔlgC,n=12).The method is simple,rapid,short operation cycle,and suitable for the determination of total sulfur in large quantities of geochemical samples.The test quality meets the requirements of"Specification for multi-purpose regional geochemical survey 1∶250000"(DZ/T 0258-2014)for the determination of total sulfur in soil and stream sediment.
