摘 要:岩盐和芒硝是江苏的重要优势矿产,其开发在省内乃至全国矿业经济中占有重要地位,同时也面临矿业布局待优化、矿地不协调、盐穴空间统筹利用等问题,对此提出推进盐盆整体开发、研究溶腔管理政策、协调矿地政策冲突、加快绿色矿山建设、建立矿山环境监测机制、开展盐硝溶腔测腔等对策建议。Rock salt and mirabilite are important preponderant minerals in Jiangsu,their development plays an important role in the mining economy of Jiangsu,even the whole country.Meanwhile,it is faced with the problems of optimization of mining layout,uncoordinated mineral and land resources utilization and overall utilization of salt hole space.Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the overall development of the salt basins,study the salt cavity management policies,coordinate the policy conflict between the mineral and land resources utilization,accelerate the construction of green mines,establish the mine environmental monitoring mechanism,and undertake cavity management and measurement of rock salt and mirabilite.
