摘  要:文章通过对解决35 kV悬链式(CCV)交联聚乙烯电缆生产线绝缘偏心问题的工程实践,总结出解决生产线质量问题的一般规律。据了解,大多数生产厂商的一线操作人员,对造成绝缘偏心原因的了解还处于模糊的状态,并没有一个清晰的认识,研发人员通过致偏原因的排查,确定了机头的倾角和导体悬链的倾角不一致是主要因素,导体与内屏模芯口的间隙是次要因素,生产线车速及绝缘熔融流体温度、流速的影响是再次要因素。针对上述问题,运用技术手段依次解决。该项目完成的经验,对同类生产线的绝缘偏心校正提供了有益的思路,具有一定的参考价值。Through engineering practice to solve the problem of insulation eccentricity of 35 kV CCV XLPE cable production line,the general law for solving the quality problem of production line is summarized.It is understood that the first-line operators of most manufacturers still have a vague understanding of the causes of insulation eccentricity and do not have a clear understanding.The research and development personnel have determined the inclination angle of the nose and the conductor suspension through the investigation of the cause of the deviation.The inconsistency of the chain’s inclination is the main factor,the gap between the conductor and the core of the inner screen is a secondary factor,and the speed of the production line and the influence of the temperature and flow rate of the insulating molten fluid are the secondary factors.To solve the problem,technical means are used to solve the problem in turn.The experience of the completion of this project provides useful ideas for the insulation eccentricity correction of similar production lines and has certain reference value.
