摘 要:文章通过对三相电源变频控制器的有源PFC控制技术研究,探索设计一种电路结构简单、控制方法简单、成本低的基于三相电源过零点补偿的PFC方案。在变频控制器电路拓扑结构设计上和三相电源过零点附近进行功率因数补偿,PFC补偿电路设计为整机的旁路电路,不承担变频控制器整个工作过程的大电流,只承担过零点附件的小电流。本设计经实验测试能够满足谐波标准要求。该控制PFC补偿电路在工作时仅是单片机输出高电平控制,非传统的高频PWM控制,能够降低电磁干扰。Through the research of active PFC control technology of three-phase inverter controller,this paper explores and designs a PFC scheme based on zero crossing compensation of three-phase power supply with simple circuit structure,simple control method and low cost.The PFC compensation circuit is designed as the bypass circuit of the whole machine.It does not bear the large current of the whole working process of the variable frequency controller,but only bears the small current of the zero crossing accessories.The design can meet the requirements of the harmonic standard through the experimental test.When the PFC compensation circuit works,it is only the high-level control of single-chip microcomputer output,not the traditional high-frequency PWM control,which can reduce the electromagnetic interference.
