摘 要:某2×660 MW燃煤电站工程,自两台机组投产以来,发现#7、#8低加疏水经常串水,导致#7、#8低加汽侧水位偏高,而此系统未设计危急疏水,水位无法控制,对机组的安全运行造成了很大威胁。文章系统地分析了#7、#8低加汽侧水位偏高的原因,为保证汽机系统运行安全,提高机组经济性,结合工程实际,提出了可行可控的解决对策,即通过对低加疏水冷却器疏水出口管路倒“U”型弯加装旁路的方案,解决了#7、#8低加疏水水位偏高的问题,为今后电厂解决同类问题提供参考。For a 2×660 MW coal-fired power plant project,since the two units were put into operation,it was found that#7 and#8 low-heating drains often run water,resulting in high water levels on the low-gas side of#7 and#8,and this system is not designed.The critical drainage and the uncontrollable water level poses a great threat to the safe operation of the unit.The article systematically analyzes the reasons for the high water level on the low steam side of#7 and#8.In order to ensure the safe operation of the steam turbine system and improve the economy of the unit,combined with the actual project,a feasible and controllable solution is proposed.The inverted“U”-shaped bend of the drain outlet pipe of the drain cooler is installed with a bypass,which solves the problem of high drain water level for#7 and#8 low heaters,and provides a reference for solving similar problems in power plants in the future.
