摘  要:在石英砂选矿中,对原矿进行工艺矿物学研究,采用化学分析、XRF分析等手段查明了矿石中矿物组成、有用有害元素赋存状态等特性,并将色选机引用至石英砂选矿流程中。当原矿中的SiO_(2)品位为98.9%时,通过强磁—光电选试验流程,获得的分选指标为:SiO_(2)品位99.9%,产率84.6%的石英砂精矿,可以达到冶金用石英砂工业指标要求。由此表明,采用色选机进行选别,降低了选矿成本,取得了良好的经济及社会效益,同时为类似工程提供了一定的技术支持与参考。In the process of quartz beneficiation,the raw ore process mineralogy characteristics were studied and the occurrence state of valuable and harmful elements,composition of minerals were ascertained by using chemical analysis,XRF analysis and so on.Adopted the color sorter into quartz mineral separation process.The experiment results indicate that,In the feed ore contained 98.9%SiO_(2),by testing process of high magnetic-color sorter separation,achieved the following results:the SiO_(2) grade,yield of concentrate were 99.9%,84.6%.The results can meet requirements of the industrial index of quartz for metallurgical purposes.This indicates that mineral separation costs is reduced and good economic and social benefits is achieved after the use of color sorting machine sorting,it provides some technical support and reference for similar projects.
