摘 要:针对便携式大功率激光器的散热问题,文章提出了蓄冷散热的技术方案。首先分析了不同的蓄冷介质和蓄冷/释冷方式,比较得出采用冰作为蓄冷介质、采用直接接触式释冷的方案在蓄冷量、释冷过程平稳性、系统体积与重量等方面具有显著优势。随后,采用冰蓄冷、直接接触式释冷的方案,对额定散热功率4500 W的水冷板进行了散热性能测试。实验结果表明,采用冰蓄冷散热,由于冷却水温度低,水冷板整体温度较低,可以采用较小的冷却水流量满足散热需求,证明了冰蓄冷散热的可行性。随后,将冰蓄冷散热应用于大功率激光器的散热,成功实现了便携式大功率激光器散热系统轻量化。文章也对冰蓄冷散热过程中的结露、蓄冰率、工质损耗、系统工作时间等问题进行了讨论。To address the problem of thermal management of portable high power laser,a cooling system based on cooling storage is proposed in this paper.Firstly diiferent cooling storage media and cooling charge/discharge modes are analyzed,and it is found that employing ice as cooling storage media and adopting direct contact cooling discharge method have significant advantages in cooling storage capacity,cooling discharge stability,system volume,and weight.Then,the cooling performance of the proposed ice storage and direct contact cooling discharge system is tested with a watercooled plate whose nominal heating power is 4500W.Experimental results show that due to the low temperature of the cooling water,the temperature of the water-cooled plate is relatively low.Therefore,a lower cooling water flow rate is capable of managing the heat dissipation requirements,which proves the feasibility of ice storage cooling.Then,the ice storage cooling system is applied to the thermal management of high-power laser,and the lightweight portable high-power laser cooling system is successfully realized.Besides,concerns on dew condensation,ice storage factor,cooling storage medium losing and system working time are also discussed in the paper.
