摘  要:目的建立HPLC-FLD法测定北细辛中甲基丁香酚含量的方法。方法采用Diamonsil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以乙腈为流动相A,0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相B,梯度洗脱;激发波长为270 nm;发射波长为312nm;流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温为30℃;进样量为20uL。结果甲基丁香酚浓度在1.01~101μg/mL范围与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性方程Y=4500X-1010.1,r=0.9997。精密度稳定性、重复性试验RSD值均≤2%,平均加样回收率为98.44%,RSD值为1.87%。结论本实验所建立的方法简便快捷、精密度和准确度高、测定结果稳定可靠,适用于北细辛药材中甲基丁香酚的定量分析。Objective To establish the determination of methyleugenol in North Asarum by HPLC-FLD method.Methods To use the Diamonsil C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm 5μm)chromatographic column;Acetonitrile as mobile phase A,0.1%phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase B,gradient elution;The excitation wavelength was 270nm;The emission wavelength was 312nm;The flow rate was 1.0mLmin;The column temperature was 30℃;The injection volume was 20μL Results There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of methyleugenol and the peak area in the range of 1.01~101μg/mLThe linear equation was Y=4500X-1010.1,r=0.9997.The precision,stability and repetition test RSD were≤2%,the average sample recovery was 98.44%and RSD was 1.87%.Conclusion The method established in this experiment is simple,quick,accurate,reliable and stable.It is suitable for quantitative analysis of methyleugenol in North Asarum.
