摘  要:【目的】从雷竹根部分离其内生真菌并对其纤维素降解、植物病原菌抑制、铅的耐受能力等功能进行初步探究。【方法】采用组织块培养法分离内生真菌,刚果红平板培养基筛选纤维素降解菌,平板对峙法筛选植物病原拮抗菌。【结果】从雷竹根部共分离到35株内生真菌,其中具有纤维素降解功能的有7株;对油茶炭疽病原有抑制作用的有5株,对毛竹枯梢病原有抑制作用的有2株,对猕猴桃果腐病原有抑制作用的有2株;对铅具有强耐受性的有11株。利用形态特征和分子生物学方法对两株具有良好潜在应用价值的内生真菌LZ031、LZ033进行鉴定,分别为腐皮镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)和芦竹节菱孢(Arthrinium arundinis)。【结论】雷竹根部具有丰富的内生真菌资源,且内生真菌功能多样,具有潜在的应用价值。[Objective]Endophytic fungi were isolated from the roots of Phyllostachys praecox f.prevelnalis,and functions of the cellulose degradation,phytopathogen inhibition,and lead tolerance were preliminarily explored.[Method]Endophytic fungi were isolated by the tissue block culture method,Congo red plate medium was used to screen cellulose degrading bacteria,and the plate confrontation method was used to screen antagonistic bacteria of plant pathogens.[Result]A total of 35 endophytic fungi were isolated from the roots of Phyllostachys praecox f.prevelnalis,of which 7 strains had the function of cellulose degradation,5 had original inhibitory effects on Camellia oleifera anthracnose,and 2 had original inhibitory effects on the shoot blight of Phyllostachys edulis,2 had the original inhibitory effects on kiwi fruit rot,and 11 had strong tolerance to lead.Using morphological characteristics and molecular biological methods,two endophytic fungi LZ031 and LZ033 with good potential application value were identified,namely,Fusarium solani and Arthrinium arundinis.[Conclusion]The roots of Phyllostachys praecox f.prevelnalis had abundant endophytic fungi resources,with diverse functions and potential application values.
