摘  要:电力电缆的发热是制约其通流容量并影响绝缘老化的重要因素。针对某水电厂电缆发热导致的外绝缘层熔化故障,采用场路结合方法对电缆发热原因进行了计算,利用电磁暂态分析软件ATP-EMTP建立电缆的路分析模型,提取电缆缆芯、屏蔽层和铠装电流的幅值和相位;利用有限元分析软件建立涡流场分析模型,对电缆不同布置情况下的各个导电层电流密度、热能密度进行计算。通过分析得到了不同布置方式下电缆发热量及发热点位的分布情况,并对电缆发热损坏原因进行了说明。The heating of the power cable is a significant factor that restricts its current capacity and affects insulation aging.For solving the melting fault of the external insulation layer in a hydropower station,this paper uses the field-circuit method to calculate the causes of the electric cable over-heating.The electromagnetic transient analysis software ATP-EMTP is used to establish the cable path analysis model and extract the amplitude and phase of the cable core,shielding layer,and armored current.By using finite element analysis software,this study designed an eddy current field analysis model.This model calculated the current density and thermal energy density of each conductive layer under different cable layouts.After analysis,this paper collected the distribution of the calorific value and heating points of the cables under different layouts.This work also explained the heating damage of the wire way.
