摘　　要：本文结合公司电镀专用镍在电镀市场的应用情况,分析了目前镍电解生产工艺特点和存在问题,选用设备和技术先进的精密过滤装置对阴极液进行精密过滤,提高了阴极液过滤精度,通过生产控制技术的优化,提升了电镀专用镍产品质量。为全面提升公司高品质电镍生产控制技术提供技术参考。Combing with investigation of the electroplating market of the company^special nickel for electroplating,this article analyzes technological traits and existent problems of current nickel electrolysis process,discusses fine filtration of catholyte by selecting equipment and advanced fine filtration units.The filter precision of catholyte is improved through fine filtration,and quality of the nickel for electroplating is also improved through optimization of production control technology.
