摘 要:通过向纯度99.99wt.%的阴极铜中添加稀土元素La、Ce、Y,研究了不同含量的La、Ce、Y对纯铜导电性能的影响。结果表明:稀土元素La、Ce、Y单独或共同加人纯铜时,均可以显著提高纯铜的导电率,当单独添加纯铜中La含量为0.014wt.%和0.018wt.%时,导电率最高可达到102.1%IACS;当单独添加Ce,纯铜中Ce含量为O.Olwt.%时,导电率最高可达到102.4%IACS;当单独添加Y,纯铜中Y含量为0.0083wt.%时,导电率最高可达到102.2%IACS;当同时添加La、Ce、Y,纯铜中La 0.01 lwt.%,Ce 0.012wt.%,Y 0.008wt.%时,铜导电率可以达到103.2%IACS。The effects of different contents of La,Ce and Y on the electrical conductivity of pure copper were investigated by adding rare earth elements La,Ce and Y to the cathode copper with a purity of 99.99 wt.%.The results show that when the rare earth elements La,Ce,Y are added to pure copper alone or together,the conductivity of pure copper can be significantly improved.If La is added alone when La content in pure copper is 0.014wt.%or 0.018wt.%,conductivity can reach up to 102.1%IACS;if Ce is added separately when Ce content in pure copper is O.Olwt.%,conductivity can reach 102.4%IACS;if Y is added separately when Y content in pure copper is 0.0083wt.%,conductivity is up to 102.2%IACS;if La,Ce,Y are simultaneously added when La content is 0.01 lwt.%,Ce content is 0.012wt.%,Y content 0.008wt.%in pure copper,copper conductivity can reach 103.2%IACS.
