摘　　要：铜闪速冶炼要求入炉原料含水不高于0.3%,目前普遍采用蒸汽干燥设备对物料进行干燥,干燥过程中产生的尾气以及蒸发的湿气需经布袋收尘器净化后排空。本文主要围绕物料干燥过程中布袋除尘器出现的问题,通过分析原因并实施针对性地改进措施,使得布袋除尘器症结得以消除,除尘器运行效率提高,经济指标得到提升,企业实现清洁生产。Copper flash smelting requires that the water content in raw material of the furnace is 0.3%or below.At present,steam drying equipment is generally used for material drying,off-gas and evaporated moisture produced in drying process need to be emptied after being purified through bag-type dust collector.Focusing on the problems caused by bag-type dust collector in material drying process,this article analyzes the reasons and purposefully gives out improvement measures,which can eliminate problems in bag dust collector,improve the efficiency of bag dust collector and economic indicators,and fulfill clean production in enterprise.
