摘  要:随着节能产业的发展,节能新技术、新设备不断出现并投人使用,为工业领域节能技术改造提供了良好的平台。与当今先进的节能新技术、新设备相比,某厂现有压缩风系统采用的微热再生式干燥器运行能耗较高,还存在着改进和优化的空间。为了充分发挥这部分设备的生产能力,改善压缩空气品质,优化压缩风系统配置,决定对压缩风系统配置补热吸附式干燥装置进行节能改造以取得较好的节能效果。With the development of energy-saving industry,new energy-saving technologies and new equipment are emerging and put into use,which provides a good platform for energy—saving technology transformation in the industrial field.Compared with today's advanced new energy-saving technology and new equipment,the micro thermal dryer used in the existing compressed air system with a higher energy consumption of a plant still has room for improvement and optimization.In order to give full play to the productivity of this equipment,improve the quality of compressed air,and optimize the configuration of compressed air system,it is de-cided to carry out energy-saving transformation on the compressed air system with heat supplement adsorption drying equipment,so as to achieve better energy-saving effect.
