摘　　要：植物疫情监测是进出境植物检疫工作和国门生物安全体系的重要组成部分,是一种官方监督管理执法行为。本文阐述了当前中国进出境植物疫情监测工作的现状,包括简要发展历史、主要项目内容、一般做法以及监测工作取得的主要成效和存在的主要问题,并提出改进完善进出境植物疫情监测工作的相关建议。Plant pests surveillance is an important part of the entry-exit phytosanitary and biosecurity system,and it is an action of official supervision,management and law enforcement.This paper describes current situation of entry and exit plant pests surveillance in China,including information of its brief history,the main contents and items,the conventional practices as well as major achievements accomplished and major problems existing.The paper also puts forward some suggestions on how to improve entry-exit plant pests surveillance.
