北京市福寿螺调查溯源与监测策略

摘　　要：福寿螺是我国重大外来入侵物种之一。本文利用COI基因序列对北京市温榆河公园发现的福寿螺进行了溯源和传入途径的分析,根据研究结果初步推测该福寿螺随水生植物由浙江传入,并提出监测策略,旨在提高北京地区对福寿螺入侵的风险防控能力。Pomacea canaliculata is one of the major invasive alien species in China.In this paper,we used the COI gene sequence to trace the source and introduction path of Pomacea canaliculata found in Wenyuhe Park in Beijing.According to the results,we preliminarily speculated that it was introduced from Zhejiang with aquatic plant.The monitoring strategies were also proposed,to increase prevention and control capabilities for the risk of the invasion of Pomacea canaliculata in Beijing.
