摘  要:针对车削多头大导程矩形螺纹过程中存在易断刀、加工精度低等问题,通过对其加工中切削力分析,建立特定加工刀具模型,力求降低刀具磨损和损坏,提高刀具使用寿命。采用横线进刀线性递减、纵向刀具轨迹偏移的方式完成刀具切削路径规划,进一步降低切削力,提高零件加工质量,并通过数控加工的实现和零件加工质量的检测验证其可行性。To solve the problems in the turning process of multi-head long lead rectangular thread such as easily-broken cutter and low machining accuracy,a specific tool model is established to reduce tool wear and damage and increase tool service life through the analysis of cutting force in machining rectangular thread with multiple heads and large lead.The tool path planning is completed by linear decreasing of horizontal feed and offset of longitudinal tool path,which further reduces the cutting force and improves the machining quality of parts.The feasibility is verified by the realization of NC machining and the inspection of machining quality of parts.
