摘  要:传统红枣分拣以人工分拣为主,对颜色观测条件有限,很难区分是否存在缺陷。为此,设计基于PLC控制的红枣无损自动分拣系统。提取红枣的矩形、短轴、长轴、位置、周长以及面积等特征,将RGB以及HSV的空间模型颜色特征与加权融合机制相结合,以检测红枣表面缺陷。设置自动分拣系统的送料、进料以及分拣模块,并在所有模块中安装传感器,获取红枣颜色、状态、位置等信息,实现PLC控制下无损自动分拣。实验结果证明该系统可以准确分拣存在缺陷的红枣,提升红枣无损分拣效率。To solve the problems of slow sorting by hand and difficult defect detecting limited by eye observation of colour in traditional jujube processing,an automatic sorting system based on PLC control is designed,of which the rectangle,short and long axises,position,circumference and area of red jujube are extracted,and the color features of the spatial model of RGB and HSV are combined with the weighted fusion mechanism to detect the surface defects of red jujube.And feeding,charging and sorting modules of the automatic sorting system and sensors in all modules are installed to obtain the information of red jujube color,state,position ect.so as to realize lossless automatic sorting.The experimental results prove that the system can accurately sort defective red dates and improve the efficiency of lossless sorting.
